Due to the nature of Merino chunky Yarn, Pilling is common. Please note that pilling in this case is not a defect, this is the nature of unspun Wool. Each Item is steamed slightly to felt those loose fibres in place. To remove pulls or pilling simply pull loose ends away or simply run a hand shaver lightly across the top of the yarn. We recommend Spot Cleaning with a slightly warm water or Dry clean.
